Georgetown - VI

Quite liking Georgetown, Guyana so have decided to give it a couple more days, with the Gardens seemingly the local 'hot spot' for wildlife. Am researching sites further afield such as the National Park and the shoreline a little further away?
 Was this the same
STRIATED HERON
waiting for me at the gates of the Botanical Gardens again this morning?
male (left) and female SHINY COWBIRD
female and
 juvenile
 SPOTTED SANDPIPER
 Displaying TROPICAL MOCKINGBIRD
c2 very distant TOCO TOUCANs took to the wing
flying across the main road and even further away.

 PLAIN-BELLIED HUMMINGBIRD
one of the 'specialties' at the Botanical Gardens.

 SOCIAL FLYCATCHER
 COMMON GROUND DOVE
Unidentified HUMMINGBIRD, we're working on it!

A definite candidate for the Mile High Club
this lone BLACK-COLLARED HAWK remained at altitude.
 YELLOW WARBLER
Not a lot of new birds today, but this 'lifer' is most welcome on the World List.
RED-SHOULDERED MACAW
seems like Macaw's are fond of this 'mutual preening'
will have to consult The Oracal - DAVE!

Parrotlet's with Common Ground Dove
 GREEN-RUMPED PARROTLET
 BLACK-CAPPED DONOCOBIOUS
 female THICK-BILLED EUPHONIA
 WATTLED JACANA
 immature SNAIL KITE
 adult SNAIL KITE
Just liked this long-distance shot of YELLOW ORIOLE
