Byrd Avenue - The Rocking Berries

Still a bit adrift (behind) as it was

DARK ARCHES
that kicked the day off
while
THE CAMPION
had heralded the first addition to the new month bringing hopes that
June Would Soon be Bursting Out All Over!
while of some concern as with April we only noted a single in May of the usually common
BUFF ERMINE

while the ever opportunist

PIED WAGTAIL
waited in the wings, or maybe more correctly
on the bonnet for a 'free snack'!
Keeping things in 'Black and White'
we had a little company while monitoring the
Moth Trap
stationed within the Solar Panel Compound
these c2
LAPWING
but without sight of Nest or Chicks
we refrain from searching for such things for fear of damage.
Skein of Unidentified Geese over the Panels
and also within, evidence of
BUZZARD MOULTING
while 'with' evidence in 'Black and White' of more escapee
LAMBs
while along various hedgerows the
BRAMBLE / BLACKBERRY
are in
BLOOM
HAWTHORN
in
FRUIT
while this
MULLEIN
could be as tall as me within a week or two?
"Yes, all 3 foot six"
and as a finale a free-flying
PRIVET
HAWK-MOTH
