It Ain't Getting Any Otter

 One Below Zero

overnight didn't help the Moth situation even though we are now running 3 traps

THE TRAP on the BUND
and the smart new 'metal'
Control Units
with no more than a
HARLEQUIN LADYBIRD
to show for it but still we venture on!
"Only Yesterday I Met Jack Frost"
while c2 overflying
GREY HERONs
were considered to have added briefly to the 'dawn chorus'.
Again limited to Shanks's there were no signs of the Cetti's Warbler or Harlequin Duck but the
Angel Winged Mute Swan (with damaged wing) still survives with parental attention,
and while wandering the banks of the River Stour again a lone and photo-shy
OTTER
(one from days gone by for clarity)
appeared to be doing well with feeding.
Otherwise from behind the Eco Recycling Works c2
SHELDUCK
flew in to what has become something of a traditional breeding site - here's hopeing.
