With the combination of fatherly duties and preparations for my next adventure, there will be no time at all for carrying out my normal rounds of the local area. The drive to and from Heathrow Airport, London transporting Julie, Nigel and Lee to their flight for Australia will take best part of the day, then on my return I have to enjoy a 'farewell drink' with Bowie & Sheila. On all my trips, I only ever take the bare necessities but the bag has to be packed, visa obtained, money changed and then get to the airport myself. My destination still has to remain a secret but by Saturday all should be revelled.
So, for the next 2 posts I have to rely on the archive, from where some of the best photographs have been selected to keep the readership entertained with a little 'eye candy'!
