While
it is certain the Mountain ain't going to Mohamed we are determined
that the Bournemouth Air Festival will come to our readership. The Air
Space around East Dorset has been full of the powerful sounds of an
eclectic mix of aircraft forcing me into phoning the Noise Abatement
Society twice. Anyway, with a little help from a friend (Andy, a teenage
enthusiast, who is staying at the same Caravan Site as myself) we will
try and put the 'correct' label under each of the images, and if not
Janet Read and Roy Norris be at the ready please!
Despite some mighty powerful and historic machines hereabouts over
the weekend it is without doubt that the
RED ARROWS
are the 'crowd-pleasers'.

Your getting better Paul, but the Sea Venom is a Vampire. The Don't know is a Jet Provost. The Merlin is a Sea King of the Senior Service. The Spitfire is a Hurricane which you featured above twice before. You will have to improve otherwise they will come and take you back to the North Sea.{:))
ReplyDeleteNow you've got me worried Roy and seems my little helper didn't HELP. One consoloation, I'm better at Aircraft ID than Birds so all I need to do is keep trying. 06:00 here at the moment, overcast but Ravens calling, Robins singing so a GREAT start to the day. All the Best Matey........
