The Woody Wood Pecker's Song

 A lone

HERRING GULL
on the Chicken Shack heralded the day with the weather still holding and some average success at the MothTraps. New for 2021 were........
VINE'S RUSTIC
BROWN RUSTIC
BRIGHT-LINE BROWN-EYE
along with
a much hoped for and lovely creature the
BIRD'S WING
along with
the
ever opportunist
ROBIN
and even before leaving home a most welcome encounter
with a small mob
of both
PARENT
and
juvenile
GREEN WOODPECKERs

 on the Tennis Court.

While not seen calls from above showed that a small number of
MEDITERRANEAN GULLs
were also in transit.
A
COMMON BUZZARD
not usually tollerant of
Human Activity
knocked around
long enough for a
few stills and a couple of clips before finding our first
FOXGLOVE
and staying with plant life the
ELDER BUSHES
have also burst into bloom, while sadly still the
BAT BOXES
remain unattended we unfortunately not having the licece to delve within.
In the main Solar Panel Compoune the recently shorn
SHEEP
look to be catching a Sun Tan which just about brought our wander to an end.
