(K)nights In White Satin - Moody Blues

Once a King 'always' a King
but once a Knight 's enough!
Another reasonably warm night with complete cloud cover and just a gentle breeze saw about 200 Insects in total. The first produce of the 2 new traps included 3 new additions* to the Property List and plenty of other stuff to sort through. Daybreak looked as if things might be wet, but just a light fall was all that developed followed by short periods of sunshine and a generally pleasant Autumnal day.
 The MALLOW*
Moth of the Month a 'STUNNING'
RED-GREEN CARPET*
photos sometimes just don't say enough!
 GREY PINE CARPET
 DARK CHESTNUT* (to be verified)
Further on down the road, a mile and a half to be precise, we reached the village of
Nights in white satin, never reaching the end,
Letters I've written, never meaning to send.
Beauty I'd always missed with these eyes before.
Just what the truth is, I can't say anymore.

with its old School Room dated 1907.
Through the Lyche Gate,
another Church and maybe another chance to locate our
Knight and his Lady.
Much more ornate than its sister church with
GOTHIC ARCHES
STAINED GLASS WINDOW
Gazing at people, some hand in hand,
Just what I'm going through they can't understand.
Some try to tell me, thoughts they cannot defend,
Just what you want to be, you will be in the end.

and a HATCHMENT
Hope this is readable as there are a few more
details here.
Nights In White Satin
Not a Knight to be seen but with some local knowledge from the Vicar it sounded as if there was a good chance even further down the road. The destination was to be Wimborne Saint Giles, another 2 miles on, but on the way there was a chance to visit again the ruins of
