Hello, Goodbye - The Beatles

It would seem that we have been a little tardy in bringing to the attention of our
Valued Readership
 that the once single
EMU
has now become 2. In time, and if they get frisky, we will try for a video clip.
While there has been a noticeable increase in
MISTLE THRUSH
 numbers
in recent days
we feel that the remaining
50 or so
REDWING
may disperse any day now
the last we shall see of them until the next winter.
Hello - Goodbye!
Both the Irrigation Pond and the Gravel Pit have been a bit quiet but
these 2
MUTE SWAN
prevented a 'blank' ably assisted by
now a 'pair' of
LITTLE GREBE
seemingly finding something to eat and showing signs of
Ritual Food Passing
and more than welcome a 'pair' of
 all too infrequent
SHOVELER
which are highly unlikely to nest here.
STOCK DOVE
was also on show at the Airport
and as the new
Eco Power Generators
continue to grow we are told first ignition is programmed for 14/03.2017
Back at Slight Return II a
PIED WAGTAIL
was finding sustenance to the strains of
Los Endos - Genesis
while we did find a lost clip from our recent trip to view the
YELLOWHAMMERs.
