Sheep - Pink Floyd

A most welcome FILLIP to start the day with the Stats back into 4 figures and maybe an apt moment to thank all out Loyal Followers for their continued and appreciated Patronage! Maybe also a Prime Time to pass on the Link to those not yet briefed - Thank You!

To dispense with the ‘bad news' first, there have been no further sightings of the Marsh Tit’s but on the other hand the diminutive

WREN
has become quite prominent among the
early morning songsters!
As this post is akin to a page out of Farmer's Weekly Magazine we start off at sunrise as they do
with a look across the newly tilled Allotment ready for another years mixed crop and with it being so close to Slight Return, almost visible top left, nice and handy for a bout of 'scrumping'!
Next a quick look at the works going on at the western end of the relict section of the Heath where we were informed just over a year ago of the imminent arrival of more Rare Breeds Cattle, which still haven't materialised - but are said to do so within a few weeks??
The area has been cut with the
moving in to form a
Hard Standing
to allow the hapless creatures to haul themselves out of the Marsh
A Very Wet Area.
SHEEP CATCH-UP

With 4 of the Solar Panel Compounds now bursting at the seams with an approximate 200 head in each, the finite number still remains a little unclear as soon after a count begins all we get are

 ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

Just a random selection of images across the Flocks with a timely reminder from

PINK FLOYD

so we don't loose sight of what all of this is really about!

Hopelessly passing your time in the grassland away
Only dimly aware of a certain unease in the air
You better watch out

There may be dogs about

Outside Looking In
I've looked over Jordan, and I have seen

Things are not what they seem

What do you get for pretending the danger's not real

Meek and obedient you follow the leader
Down well trodden corridors into the valley of steel

WEANING
IN
Black and White
"and Little Lambs Eat Ivy"
While thus far it hasn't been the predicted Raven's
that are mopping up the placenta but more a case of
MAGPIEs
What a surprise
The look of terminal shock in your eyes
Now things are really what they seem
No, this is no bad dream.
BLACK LAMB!

There is lambswool under my naked feet
The wool is soft and warm
Gives off some kind of heat
A salamander scurries into flame to be destroyed
Imaginary creatures are trapped in birth on celluloid
The fleas cling to the golden fleece
Hoping they'll find peace
Each thought and gesture are caught in celluloid
There's no hiding in memory
There's no room to avoid
