are starting to make their presence known while the potted and rather damaged
PAINTED LADY
looked on its last legs but flew off readily.Within the
Solar Panel Compoundthere was yet another most welcome 'migrant' visitor, a
WHINCHATwhich is a common enough migrant in its own right but by no means annual here!
Thought to be the 4th or 5th over a period of 10 years.
The day would have come to and end there and then had it not been for yet another daytime sighting of aNIGHTJAR
as lightning struck twice on the way to flash up the traps as catching anotherin the headlights looking every bit the juvenile!
