Rocking Robin - The Jackson 5

While overnight temperatures have crash into minus figures some joy as last weeks prospecting

 Great Tit

has advanced into the first signs of this nest building
ROBIN
while the
gloom continued producing from down south no more than a
PHEASANT
and unusually, not at all frequent here,
MEADOW PIPIT
while back in the garden the Moth Traps didn't fare at all well but at least both
GREAT SPOTTED WOODPECKER
and
GREEN WOODPECKER
put in an appearance to a back-drop of the now blooming
FORSYTHIA
while up north things became more grim as apart from c2 Coot, ditto Little Grebe and a lone Moorhen were all that could be found across both ponds, while the pruners of the trees
had just left the cuttings
where they fell, strewn across the bridleway - moan over!!
Little to add from an equally bleak compound and it certainly comes to something when relying on a run of
Solar Panels
to please an attentive audience certainly after the 2006 hits following Sunday's Publication!
Otherwise, it was left to the humble
RABBIT
to provide the  last of the inactivity unless of course you include another new
