Living in a Box - 1985

We wouldn't go as far as to say a good start to the day with not a single Macro Moth added to the Year List these MICRO

BOX WORM MOTHs
will have to substitute until the 'PROPER' ones start streaming in again!
Despite the lack of a really good start this was soon redressed as finding our
Home Bred
SWALLOWs
are now
On the Wing
and look raring to go!
But on a 'major down-side' this juvenile
GREEN WOODPECKER
fell to carelessly disguarded netting, just for want of a little care!!!!
In the main Solar Panel Compoud as small a
RABBIT
as you could wish for, about the size of a 'cooking apple' and followed by more
MEADOW

PIPITs
with 'tiny' Lambs
which still don't seem to be growing.
At the Irrigation Pond at first c2 new
MOORHEN CHICKs
then c3 and eventually a
QUARTET
with the 'clear and present danger' of
GREY HERON
almost within 'neck-streching' range.
Again, another far more obliging
RED ADMIRAL
along with a
SMALL COPPER
(butterfly)
