trying to get a drink through the freeze while unusual it was back to full

but no returning Waterfowl as yet and of the
JACOB SHEEP
a little blurred still but the best shots so far this year!
With a little time on our hands a short sortie was undertaken to
Longham Lakes
where it was mostly usual suspects
with one exception
this smart little
LESSER REDPOLL
a member of the
Finch Family
not ever recorded by myself at this site before.
There is a chance of a number of new readers joining us today who we welcome whole-heartedly
